Hello - I am Jose Soler, the owner and operator of Jurassic Landscape & Hardscape Design. A family owned and local business. My passion for the outdoors is probably due to growing up in Costa Rica and helping my father, plant a tree plantation on our property. I learned from a young age how we must nurture and respect the world around us. Also, my background as a Paleontologist with a degree in Ecology gives me a unique view point on how to best work with the soil, the weather and the natural resources to help create a yard that will always be timeless and a reflection of you! I oversee every aspect of each project along with with my wife, Amie who helps keep my schedule on track to I can best serve my clients. We pride ourselves on being in constant communication with the homeowner every step of the way to ensure satisfaction with the work being done. Integrity and honesty is the foundation of our business and I'm always humbled with a client trusts me to add value to their home with my design and my team. I'm proud to say our prices are competitive and our work is excellent.

Are you insured and licensed?

We have all the necessary licenses and insurance for residential work... and we proudly boast our spotless record. We recommend checking out any contractor before using them to make sure they indeed have an active licenses without any formal complaints. Jurassic Landscape & Hardscape is bonded and insured. We are a proud member of the Registered Contractors of Arizona.

Some larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications. We have trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases.

What kind of landscape/hardscape do you do?

We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area. Our Hardscape ranges from pavers and stamped concrete to pergola patio covers, stone work, block walls, woodwork and more. Creating a beautiful and safe environment that is useful and adds value to your home and lifestyle is what we do best!

We want a safe and fun backyard for kids - can you help?

You've come to the right place! Splash pads are a great idea for those not wanting to commit to the space and costs of a pool. Should you want a pool, we work closely with a pool company and we can provide you a quote on that too! Slides and waterfalls are features kids love and of course we can provide a fence or gates for child/pet protection. A built-in trampoline is a fantastic way to keep kids safe and looks much nicer than an above ground trampoline. Turf is a great alternative if grass allergies are a concern and also great for pets as their waste will not kill turf like traditional grass. We can help make your backyard a fun and safe oasis for the entire family!
